In my workshop, I use the best materials, techniques, and hand skills to build fine furniture that will last for generations.

The tools I use include wooden hand planes I have made that give the finest silky smooth finish on many woods. Then there are the solid, traditional woodworking machines that do an excellent job of sawing, straightening and planing roughly cut timber. Most recently, there is the computer controlled router, that lets me create shapes directly from drawings, and do work that was previously nearly impossible to an amazing degree of accuracy.
Much of my work is inspired by designs developed over hundreds of years by the finest woodworkers of China. I use measured drawings and photographs of original Ming Dynasty examples to develop pieces that blend superbly in contemporary and traditional settings, providing timeless comfort, elegance and functionality.
The result is a unique combination of a legendary tradition and the finest bespoke furniture available today.
